As a result of trying times in the housing market, Build Wichita is pleased to have the opportunity to offer our customers the option of building their new home while simulatainously listing their current home for resale. As an agent with Prudential Dinning-Beard, we are able to list your home with a reduced commisssion thus allowing you to price your home more competitively, providing the edge necessary in today's market. Under the contingency contract, we will begin the building process on your new home and as that home is nearing completion (generally 3 months prior to completion) we will begin actively marketing your current home and holding open houses. This option is great for those who are ready to make the move and eliminates the possibility of having to find a temporary residence while your new home is completed!

Building Green Homes
