Financing Options

Rural Housing Financing is available for qualified applicants in Belle Chase, Clear Creek, West Embers, and Crestview Heights. This financing provides homebuyers with the opporutunity to move in with zero down-payment and no PMI (Private Mortgage Insurance).

As a result of trying times in the housing market, Build Wichita is pleased to have the opportunity to offer our customers the option of building their new home while simulatainously listing their current home for resale. As an agent with Prudential Dinning-Beard, we are able to list your home with a reduced commisssion thus allowing you to price your home more competitively, providing the edge necessary in today's market. Under the contingency contract, we will begin the building process on your new home and as that home is nearing completion (generally 3 months prior to completion) we will begin actively marketing your current home and holding open houses. This option is great for those who are ready to make the move and eliminates the possibility of having to find a temporary residence while your new home is completed!

Building Green Homes

Build Wichita homes are built to provide energy savings every month. In homes with the Geothermal Heat Pump System, LEED ratings have been nearly half those of a home built to standard code. On a home with 3100 sq. ft. of finished living space, the energy costs can be expected to be around $1800 less than a similar home without the Geothermal Heat Pump Systems system. Build Wichita homes are built with high quality products bringing direct benefit to buyers: upgraded blow-in insulation, Andersen 100-series Windows, SmartLap LP Siding, Energy Star Appliance Package, all ductwork is sealed and insulated.
